The Atlanta Pride Committee, which is working with several community partners to offer more than 20 events in June under the Stonewall Week banner, announced Thursday that YouthPride is adding three events to the schedule.

On June 20, the group will host the 5th Annual Mr. & Mrs. YouthPride Pageant at Jungle. The 6th Annual Pride Prom is set for June 26 with the Community Carnival taking place the next day at their Inman Park offices.

Stonewall Week opens June 13 with the Premiere Party benefiting CHRIS Kids and stretches to June 28. The events include a transgender rights march, panel discussion, benefits and drag shows and pack some star power with RuPaul’s scheduled performance June 25.

Other gay events typically held during Pride, including the 19th Annual Atlanta Pride Run/Walk 5K, are also scheduled for late June, though they are not officially under the Stonewall Week banner.
