X Midtown brings costumes to a Nightmare on 10th Street

Another Halloween Weekend in gay Atlanta, another banner year for costumes at X Midtown. Our cameras caught up during a full weekend of contests affectionately called “Nightmare on 10th Street.”

Naturally, there are the requisite Marios and Luigis, angels and devils, and Jareths and Dorothys in our Saturday night gallery below. Some real standouts, total originals and creative looks made it to the stage competing for cash and prizes.

As the reigning show diva at X Midtown, Shawnna Brooks hosted the full slate of parties. She returns to the same stage with her divas this coming weekend.
