Win free tickets down to ‘Lakebottom Proper’

imageWe already let you in on local gay gadabout Topher Payne’s latest play “Lakebottom Proper” and how Process Theatre is giving it the hometown treatment at Onstage Atlanta. Now we want you to see it for free.

The reviews are in, and audiences are laughing it up weekly at the story of two “proper” yuppies (photo) who will do anything – including a wild ruse for the lesbians in charge – to get their daughter into the best private school. As their plans go hilariously awry, Process Theatre Company wants to let Project Q Atlanta readers in on the action with a chance at free tickets this weekend.

It’s simple. Fill out the entry form below, and a pair of tickets will be waiting at the Will Call desk for a winner to the Saturday, Sept. 24 show at 8 p.m., and second pair for a winner to the Sunday, Sept. 25 performance at 5 p.m. See? Easy, just the way you like it.

We’ll select names from the proverbial hat on Friday, Sept. 23, after 4 p.m. Winners will be notified by the e-mail you provide on the form, asked to confirm with a quick reply, and be on their way to “Lakebottom Proper.”

The show runs through Oct. 1 at Onstage Atlanta, so if you can’t do this weekend or – gasp! – don’t want to risk not winning our giveaway, you can purchase seats online now or call 404-245-4205.

UPDATE: Congratulations to Ken DeLeon and Darrell Satterfield for winning our giveaway. Thanks to all who entered for reading Project Q Atlanta.
