Who loves ya baby? Vote us ‘Best of Atlanta’

imageWe are beyond thrilled to be among the LGBT finalists nominated in the GA Voice’s annual poll on all that’s gay and good in Atlanta. Now we humbly—OK shamelessly—seek your vote.

Like they say, it’s absolutely an honor just to be nominated. But come on: Everyone knows it’s more fun to win Best Gay Blog like last year and get our invite to GaVo’s victory party for the winners.

That’s where you come in, dear readers. We want your vote here, which they allow you do once daily for the next three weeks, along with your other favorites in a slew of categories for people, businesses and organizations. You can vote in as many or as few categories as you choose.

Since campaigns from the contest finalists range from all-out-blitz to mum’s-the-word, we find ourselves somewhere in the middle. We already admitted that we ain’t too proud to beg during last month’s nomination process, but if your inboxes, Facebook and Twitter feeds are flooded daily from certain finalists, you know it can go too far.

So like any good episode of “The Biggest Loser” or “Survivor,” we plead our case to help us remain the Best of Atlanta Gay Blog/Website and then leave it in your capable hands.

Who loves ya? You know it’s us. We love our work and participating in a vibrant community with a mix of news, buzz, photo galleries, opinions, our Gay Agenda local events calendar, nightlife, and even gay sex and dating advice and a dose of beefcake, all updated every single day. Show us some love back, and we’ll be your grateful, not-so humble servants.

Voting once and forgetting it? Please consider us. Functionally obsessive and voting every day until they cut you off? Feel free.

We thank you for your support, and let us know in our comments section under each post or by {encode=”[email protected]” title=”e-mail”} what we can do to remain a regular part of your local gay media diet.
