The Obama administration is headed to Atlanta next week. An LGBT themed conference at Morehouse focuses specifically on engaging the gays about federal HIV/AIDS strategy, and they want your input on the agenda.

Even as a health-focused gay Atlanta family heads to the actual White House in D.C. on Monday, the White House AIDS outreach office is inviting the public to the all-day event on April 19 at Morehouse School of Medicine. And they’re asking for your feedback along with your registration to get a feel for how you want it to go down. Follow the link to register yourself and your concerns.

Here’s the full announcement from the administration.

The White House LGBT Conference on HIV/AIDS will provide advocates, community leaders, and members of the public an opportunity to engage with the Obama Administration on issues related to the impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on the LGBT community, with a specific focus on the National HIV/AIDS Strategy. Participants will receive updates from senior officials from The White House and key agencies and departments, connect with Federal government resources and opportunities through workshop sessions, and provide valuable feedback through the “Open Space” process.
