imageDRY WIT: Gay author and satirist David Sedaris (photo) delivers his wit to fans in … Cobb County? Yes, he’s appearing tonight at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre no doubt to read from his latest work, “When You Are Engulfed in Flames.” Don’t worry. it’s a quick trip down I-75 to get back into the city. 8 p.m.

HONEY: The place for alterna-queers — Mary’s in East Atlanta — continues its new Wednesday event at 8 p.m. The Honey Pot caters to the hirsue and the pursuit of the hirsute. Look it up; we had to. There’s also indie tunes old and new with DJ Slumberjack. 8 p.m.

HUMP: It’s Hump Night at LeBuzz in Marietta with drag personalities Jazelle, Knomie More and others. The evening also includes a new entertainer showcase.
