TEEN FORUMS: YouthPride, hosts two forums for its gay youth. Teen Forum targets those ages 13-18, while the Young Adult Forum is for those ages 18-24. Both groups begin at 6:30 p.m. An ice cream fiesta kicks off at 8 p.m.
SOUTHERN HEARTS: Atlanta native Susan Rebecca White (photo) weaves together a delicious multi-dimensional Southern novel that will win you heart. She stops by Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse to read from and discuss “Bound South.” 7:30 p.m.
HONEY: The place for alterna-queers — Mary’s in East Atlanta — continues its Honey Pot Wednesdays at 8 p.m. Think of it as sweet indie pop for burly men and those that love them.
DRESS CODE: It’s Boys Night Out at the Heretic, so put on some leather, military wear, latex, western wear (or go bare chested) to step onto the dance floor at the Heretic; otherwise you’ll be relegated to the pub and patio areas. 10 p.m.
MISS LEBUZZ: The little gay bar that could in Marietta is sorting through the mess of drag queens to find Miss LeBuzz 2009. At stake is $300, flowers, a crown and more in a contest that includes presentation, talent, evening gown and question portions. 10:30 p.m.
