Watch gay ATL guy stomp Tim Gunn’s runway

We wouldn’t have thought it possible, but it's true. Tim Gunn’s new Lifetime TV spinoff is even gayer than “Project Runway.” There. We said it. And after Thursday's episode of “Under the Gunn,” gay Atlanta’s own Nicholas Komor is just one reason why.

There is only one straight man in sight anywhere on this show, and the women are so gay-friendly that it’s like a big ol’ kiki in the workroom. After being benched on last week’s series premiere, Komor’s potential and cool factor earn him pick of Gunn’s litter on Thursday’s episode. Only bitch-twink “Sassy” Sam was afforded the same luxury.

Among Komor’s moments in our favorite clips in the supercut above, we particularly like the look on his face when mentor Nick Verreos says he wants to meet “the Nicholas Woman.” And there’s nary a hint that Komor could turn into the show’s “arrogant villain,” as Lifetime is pitching him. We'll see.

Catch up here on our local boy's deliberation and ultimate decision, just one of the questionable choices that participants made from both sides of the runway this week. Then tune in or hit Mary's, home base for the Thursday watch parties with our local boy in attendance.

The real competition heats up next week, and may the best gay win!
