Uriel Ramirez ready to flood gay Houston’s basement

Ever needed a true visual interpretation of the phrase, “He is on fire!”? Look no further than Andrew Christian underwear hottie Uriel Ramirez. See why he's the brand's latest Trophy Boy when he sexes up gay Houston on Friday.

The Texas native, Dallas living Ramirez is a master of the selfie – the gym, hotel room, in the car, with friends and mostly without a shirt. He knows just what's required (or not) to work the camera.

But there' some brains to go with all this hairy-chested brawn. The boy from small town Texas graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor's in business management. And between sexy photoshoots for the underwear brand known by almost any gay man, he's pursuing a real estate license.

Ramirez took a quick breather during a gig in Los Angeles to talk with us about his appearance on Friday at F Bar, what's going on behind that pretty mug of his and big plans for the future.

How did you get started with Andrew Christian?

Through the Trophy Boy Contest of 2015.

What has working with AC been like?

Working with AC has been quiet the experience… I don't think I would change it for anything in the world. I love meeting new people.

As someone who also grew up gay in a small town I know the scrutiny one faces. How did you deal with it?

I did not know how to deal with it, so I pretended nothing was wrong. I did not want to be pointed out as the gay kid in town.

What brought you to Dallas?

I was tired of the small town life. I always knew I had the bigger goals in life. I always knew I wanted to become a model. And coming from a small town like Amarillo, I felt like I wouldn't get the experiences or exposure needed.

Have you been to Houston? What do you like to do while here?

I have been to Houston before like once or twice. It has been for work though so I have yet to experience the nightlife there.

Any tips to the gay boys who work out on how to get (and keep) that underwear model's physique you've got?

Always keep your goals in mind. Don't give up if you don't see the results you expect because it's not easy. But with dedication and hard work it definitely pays off. Always eat healthy even if having a model physic isn't your goal.

What's going on in your life right now? Plans for the future?

I am very focused with Andrew Christian maximizing my exposure and trying to become a role model for all the small town peeps like me. As for plans for the future, I have taken an interest in real estate. I am also going to school to get my real estate license. I'm also considering going back to school to get my master’s degree in business.

What is your favorite song and artist to listen to?

Right now it has to be “Everybody Needs a Man” by Offer Nassim featuring Maya Simantov. As far as favorite artist, I am a Britney Spears fan all the way.

Anything you'd like to shout out to all of your fans?

Thank you all for your support. Thank you for taking the time to make positive comments. It definitely puts a smile on my face and fuels my energy in this wonderful journey.
