Two leagues add polish to web presence

Two gay sports leagues in Atlanta have made it a little easier to keep tabs on them. The Hotlanta Soccer Association and National Flag Football League of Atlanta recently unveiled new web sites. The clean and crisp sites are easy to navigate and prominently showcase upcoming events, which for both leagues include the start of spring seasons next month.

The HSA site, bathed in the league’s traditional red and black, includes an events scroll that offers tidbits on upcoming practices and games. Two HSA teams (Blaze and Heat) currently play on Wednesday evenings in the Atlanta Silverbacks Park League. There are also details about HSA’s beer bash and fund-raiser on Saturday.

NFFLA uses much of the real estate on its new home page to highlight recent news and upcoming events, including its mini-camp on March 8 that helps kick off the spring season. The site, designed in a sedate blue, also includes a photo gallery.
