Tonight’s special guest is Helen Lindsay, a local lesbian whose hands were amputated to save her life, on the weekly LGBT radio show “Alternative Perspectives” with host Betty Couvertier (top photo). On WFRG, 7 p.m. A Valentine’s Day concert by the Lilli Lewis band is planned at The 5 Spot to help raise funds for replacement surgeries.
