Tough season opener for Dream

The Atlanta Dream, in their first game as the WNBA’s newest team, showed how difficult it can be for the newbies.

The expansion team lost to the Connecticutt Sun by 33 points on Saturday. Let’s hope things are more competitive when the Dream opens its home schedule on Friday against the Detroit Shock.

Team owner Ron Terwilliger summed up the game this way: “I enjoyed the first five minutes.”
