Here’s the thing about the Hotlanta Softball League season: The teams take their games seriously, but some are better than others at the off-the-field fun. Count the Atlanta Titans among them.

The crew – actually, they’ve got two teams in the gay league this season – donned their fire-engine red jerseys on Saturday to combine three B’s that make for a fun non-game performance: Beer, boys and bowling.

imageThey gathered with friends and fans at Midtown Bowl for the event, which helped raise funds for the teams this season. The first rendition of this event, which took place last year, proved popular enough to bring it back for a second round. For $20, it was all the beer and bowling you could stand; Midtown Bowl donated the clown shoes.

Since the softball season opened three weeks ago, we’ve also gathered photo evidence of the Wet Demons 5th Annual Spring Fling Beer Bust, Woofs Wackers Final Four Beer Bust and a trio of post-game brew fests that included Sunday’s beer bash and Trevor Project fundraiser from the Atlanta Talons. There’s been plenty of action on the field, too.
