Gay Atlanta, like most LGBT Americans, dislikes Donald Trump. And they've made their distaste for the orange Oompa Loompa known with signs and costumes, hinting that the billionaire could be the sleeper hit of Halloween.
There was that guy in the Atlanta Pride parade. And the Trumpetts during the Jerusalem House Halloween Party last weekend. Bluntness mixed with some creativity seem to be the key for trolling Trump.
But not every gay in Atlanta is on board. The Georgia chapter of the Log Cabin Republicans endorsed Trump – even after the national group declined to do so.
“The Georgia Log Cabin Republicans are delighted to officially be the first chapter in the country to endorse Donald J. Trump for President of the United States of America,” the Georgia LCR board said in an emailed statement.
