Joining Hearts Weekend. Saturday’s sold-out ‘Together ATLast’ pool party puts queens in speedos, and that means satellite parties all weekend. Queer Bait. East Atlanta’s gay bar hosts a VJ and Atlanta’s most eclectic collection of queers @ Mary’s, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Atlanta Rainbow Trout Water Polo. The LGBTQ team practices every week @ Georgia Tech Aquatic Center, 7:30 p.m. Same again on Tuesdays, 7:30 p.m. First two practices free.
Hotlanta Volleyball. Every Friday, this LGBTQ league hosts recreational open play for all skill levels @ Atlanta Performance Volleyball Center, 7 p.m. Advanced players also practice on Tuesdays.
Fem Friday. The backyard and patio are open for women who love women who love open-air parties and two indoor levels of fun @ My Sister’s Room, 9 p.m. – 3 a.m.

NFFLA Semi Finals & Championship. The gay and allied National Flag Football League of Atlanta wraps with its final four to see who tops @ Silverbacks Park, 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Celebrate at the Championship Overtime Party @ Oscar’s, 3 p.m.
Joining Hearts. After a year off for COVID, the swimsuit queens are ‘Together ATLast’ for summer’s gayest pool party @ Greystone at Piedmont Park, 6 p.m. Then it’s Splashdown with DJ Paulo and Phoenix @ Masquerade, 10 p.m., and a JH Xion Afterparty with Micky Friedmann @ Future, 3 a.m.
Front Runners. One of two weekly group runs with Atlanta’s LGBTQ @ John Howell Park, 9 a.m.
Hotlanta Soccer. Weekly practice until tournament play is safer @ Central Park, 10 a.m.
Atlanta United Tailgate. The local pro soccer club plays, and the LGBTQ tailgaters of All Stripes are all over it @ 58 Magnum St. SW, 1 p.m.
Let’s Eat! Queer Community Picnic. Southern Fried Queer Pride hosts a community potluck picnic. Some food and drink offered, but please bring more @ Candler Park, 2 p.m.
Bakhtiari Block Party. Out activist and city council candidate Liliana Bakhtiari hosts an all-day affair of food and drink in Edgewood. Start @ Our Bar ATL, 2 p.m., hit Dinner with Liliana @ Noni’s, 5 p.m., then do the Meet & Greet thang @ Georgia Beer Garden, 8 p.m. Bakhtiari is one of eight LGBTQ council candidates this year.
Fiona Zedde. The former Atlantan and heralded voice of Black lesbian literature talks about her latest book, “House of Agnes,” during a Charis-hosted virtual event @ Crowdcast, 3 p.m.
Daydrunk. Drink specials put you to bed early or make you the life of the party when the sun drops @ Mary’s, 3 p.m.

GayDM ‘Lezzure Heat.’ A girls’ event to promote GayDM, the upcoming LGBTQ outdoor EDM festival to benefit Lost N Found Youth and GaGa. DJ Citizen Jane headlines, with DJs Shaaa and Dimples Queen of Spades also in the house @ Believe Music Hall, 9 p.m.
Pride Comedy at Ponce. The outdoor amphitheater opens wide for laughs from some of Atlanta’s best queer comics. Hosted by Julie Marateck @ Ponce City Market, 9:30 p.m. weekly through July 24.

Joining Hearts Sunday. Stay motivated for the Tea of Hearts pool party tea dance with DJ GSP @ Greystone in Piedmont Park (yes, again), 2 p.m. Eddie Martinez then spins a JH Weekend Finale @ Future, 7 p.m., immediately followed by DJ Cindel at the JH Weekend Finale After Hours, 12 a.m.
Drag Brunch. The Sisters of Sequins perform while you eat in dinner-theater style @ Lips, 12:30 p.m.
Atlanta Rainbow Trout Swimming. The local LGBTQ swimming club practices @ Georgia Tech Aquatic Center, 12 noon. Same again on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 p.m. First two practices free.
Shameless Sunday. Kyra Mora hosts the fun with Brigitte Bidet and Shawnna Brooks in the cabaret and DJ Kevin Durard in the club @ Future, 8 p.m. The dance floor pops anew with DJ Karlitos, 12 a.m.
All Stripes Watch Party. The local pro soccer team plays away, and the LGBTQ fans of All Stripes gather to watch the action in the open-air environs @ Georgia Beer Garden, 7:30 p.m.
Sunday Funday. Gather at the rainbow crosswalks, then step into one of gay Atlanta’s biggest bar traditions. Cocktails, food, shows and fun @ X Midtown, 4 p.m. through 12 midnight.
Fire City Comedy. LGBTQ comic Karen Felix and ally Ariel Kaplan curate a cast of comedians. This week’s set includes queer comic Matthew English @ Wild Heaven Brewery West End, 6 p.m. Here’s what makes Fire City so cool.
Drag Brunch & Beatz Sundayz. MSR does what they do with a few extras for Sunday Funday. You can knock back $3 mimosas with DJs, drag queens and dames @ My Sister’s Room, all day.
