Ten does Thanksgiving with Blackout Dance Party

Los Angeles-based DJ Kraax returned to his one-time stomping ground to provide gay Atlanta the perfect escape from family festivities – a Thanksgiving Eve Blackout Dance Party.

The Nov. 23 event marked a change for the Midtown hot spot. Its annual Thanksgiving Eve party was once known as the Turkey Ball. But the rebranded and recharged event last Wednesday provided a fun respite for gay party-goers looking for a cocktail and dose of fun before a full plate of turkey and dressing on Thursday.

And since Ten can’t sit still for long, there’s the 4th Annual Snow Ball on Dec. 10. That is the venue’s afterparty answer to the Toy Party earlier that night. It’s holigay festive.
