Ten blows out Pride with weekend block party

Ten Atlanta threw open its doors at the intersection of 10th Street and Piedmont Avenue for a weekend-long Pride celebration with DJs, drag queens and dancers on boxes.

The popular Midtown bar pitched it as a weekend-long block party blowout. They nailed it. Just like last year.

The bar's Pride celebration opened on Thursday with Kitty LeClaw and Meow Mix and continued into Friday before turning into an outdoor festival all weekend long. Former Atlantan and current Los Angeles-living DJ Kraax stepped into the mix on Sunday and kept the beats going after the Pride parade moved by.
