• Opening Day. Hotlanta Softball League (top photo) opens season with games @ Southside Park, all day through 5 p.m., followed by this week’s Extra Inning Post-games Party with HSL’s MudPups @ The Hideaway (formerly New Order), 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

• Fashion show and cocktails for a cause. The givers who do Toy Party & Backpack in the Park now let you help kids get their dream prom attire during the first Project Prom with For The Kid In All Of Us @ W Midtown, 5 p.m.

• Show people. The Armorettes (bottom photo) @ Burkhart’s, 7 p.m., then Sunday Spectacular @ Burkhart’s, 9 p.m., and Traxx Showtime Sunday @ Scores, 10 p.m.
