Stonewall’s 50th opens packed summer of LGBTQ Atlanta events

Add this share

If you’re preoccupied with thoughts of sun and fun, you’re on brand with the rest of the out-proud village. As the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots brings thousands to New York, queer events at home are slated to slay summer — including the first Stonewall March in June since Atlanta Pride moved to October.

Q magazine and Project Q tap into a season-long to-do list for you to start penciling plans and daydreaming destinations. First, it's the biggest events in the LGBTQ-ATL through Labor Day.

It’s a lot. You can handle it. Grab your shades, smudge some sunscreen across that nose and maybe sip a cocktail, because it’s time to preview Atlanta’s queer summer.
