An Olympic watching and recruitment event hosted by the Atlanta Gay Sports Alliance has been canceled. The event, set for Sunday afternoon at Taco Mac on Peachtree, was put on hold after the group encountered problems in securing the venue. Stay tuned for an event sometime after Labor Day.

The coalition of nine gay and lesbian sports groups always draws a crowd for their events. The last one, in March, packed Blake’s and helped add to the rosters of the groups. Check out the photo gallery from the March 2 event here.
