There’s something about an evening of cocktails and conversation in the heart of the gayborhood that provides a little comfort.
So Social Tuesdays hosted their weekly evening at Gilbert’s Cafe on 10th Street, not far from where a rally in support of same-sex marriage was breaking up. Some of the protesters even stopped in for a cocktail. Apparently chanting helps work up quite a thirst.
The guys behind Social Tuesdays have a busy week ahead: They host Hydrate Thursdays at the W Atlanta – Midtown. On Sunday, they hope to finally launch Sol Sundays, their upscale pool party that has been hampered the last two weeks by rain.
