Queens put rowdy spin on annual Madonnarama

When the queen of pop turns another year older, her queens turn out another epic party. All things Madonna were on tap Friday when Mary’s celebrated the Material Girl’s 57th birthday.

The annual Madonnarama event featured a whole slate of the singer’s videos and tunes spun by gay Atlanta’s own DJ Diablo Rojo. Guests got into the groove with their Madonna-inspired looks, and a handful of East Atlanta Strut queens each served a different-era Madonna while slinging drinks and shots upstairs in the Boozy Cougar lounge.
