Q mag moves you beyond boredom and into month two of queer-antine

Add this share

We’re now hurtling toward a full month in isolation. Denial of the situation’s severity led to declarations of fortitude, oversaturation of electronic media, obsession with housework and exercise, attempts at sparking old artistic interests, and finally pure, unadulterated boredom.

Let’s get busy.

Throw open the curtains and re-imagine your space in this issue with 20 low- or no-cost decor tips in Q’s Design on a Dime: Queer Quarantine Edition. We supplement that with ways to make your bedroom sexier. And since you’ve exhausted your recipe repertoire, it’s time to expand your quarantine cooking.

We also have a Queer Agenda calendar of virtual events. Face it. You’ve already done literally everything else in quarantine. Of course, we also offer scandalous Q Advicemindblowing Q News and thought provoking Q Community Voices.

Fresh content is added every weekday in our continuing coverage of LGBTQ Atlanta’s handling of the COVID crisis. Reach out to share your personal stories on our contact page, or to me directly via mike@theQatl.com.
