Q ATLus straps on pandemic face masks, but makes it fashion

Michael Kors calls accessories the exclamation point on any look. Still, after six months of sweatpants, it’s hard to care. This issue finds ways to keep fashion easy but up our game, including those ever-present masks.

The Q ATLus cover package opens with six simple switches you can make to your current summer wardrobe that will set you apart during Zoom meetings and patio meals. Since you are (or should be) wearing a mask with those looks, we also rounded up gays putting their personal exclamation points on plain ol’ face coverings.

In other coverage, we talk to an Atlanta queen selected as one of the national Drag Out The Vote Ambassadors. In 10 Q Things, we hear from locals their greatest reliefs about coming out as trans or nonbinary.

As your weekly one-stop shop for LGBTQ Atlanta, this issue also includes the Q Events calendar, the Q Map, and Q Advice, the latter of which bursts your Instacrush bubble. Enjoy, share, look for us next week, and find new content every day right here on Project Q Atlanta.
