Q ALTus sweeps in like a storm to beat the heat

Add this share
It’s impossible to cool down in LGBTQ Atlanta these days. The momentum of recovery is unstoppably hot, and this issue of Q ATLus magazine sweeps in like an afternoon storm only long enough to catch your breath.

Stonewall Month continues with special outings in Q Events rooted firmly in the present, and 10 Q Things looks with fresh eyes at the raid that started it all 52 years ago. In between, community members keep things popping with new developments in politics and community.

Another gay candidate throws a hat in the city council ring, and a trans startup makes a $3 million difference in Q News, and the gay owners of one successful eatery open a second restaurant in Q Community. Another new business, club Future opens with our photos in Q Shots.

That just leaves a word of Q Advice. Soak in this issue of the magazine as sweet sustenance before heading back into the heat.
