Please stop snatching this diva’s weave

Honey, do not mess with a diva's weave. Why? Because they will hunt you down and put you in cuffs like this Cobb County beauty shop owner. There's nothing quite like a diva scorned.

So Michael Dorsey, enough of a diva to name his Marietta shop DJ Diva Beauty Outlet, fought back like one, too. Hit twice by burglars snatching about $26,000 in high-end hair extensions — more than enough to outfit even the largest of drag troupes — this diva took action. He cranked up the security cameras and worked with Cobb police to watch the store.

And watch they did. On Sept. 6, Torian Lamont Box and Jawann Lamar Box — brothers in their 20s maybe working to improve their ghetto fabulousness at Atlanta's airport — allegedly threw a rock through a front door, climbed through and began collecting the weave. But when they tried to leave, cops pounced and the men were arrested as they tried to run out the back door. They now sit in the Cobb jail on a felony burglary charge.

And that makes one diva smile.

“It's very satisfying,” Dorsey tells WSB in the video above.

Brothers Box, remember this life lesson: A beauty shop diva always gets his man.
