After three years of pandemic-inflicted limitations, Atlanta’s gay rugby squad let loose on one of its most popular events. The Atlanta Bucks Purple Dress Run returned to bar-hop through Midtown on Saturday.
Per annual protocol, the burly Bucks and their supporters donned frocks in the team’s signature color. With the theme “We Need a revival,” participants gathered first at The Hideaway, where our gallery below catches them in purple poses.
The day continued with saunters to Oscar’s, Guac Y Margy’s, Blake’s and Midtown Moon. Drinks at each stop made for boozy boys (and a few girls). Those who dared continue also got a discount to Atlanta Bear Pride at Heretic (photos).
