Party people: bars go all out Stonewall Weekend

Add this share

imageWe don’t get the Pride festival this weekend, but the gay bars and clubs make sure we can still celebrate the anniversary of the Stonewall riots with a fag-alicious weekend of Prideful parties.

The ongoing official Stonewall Week commemorations and celebrations thrown by Atlanta Pride and their event partners will be in full swing. See the bottom of this post for their full weekend schedule that includes Saturday’s Stonewall 101 Variety Show and Stonewall Dance Party at Jungle.

In addition to the official events, the regular Friday and Saturday nightlife calendars are beefed up this weekend with some Pride Month specials that put the party in Pride. From afternoon beer busts to theme parties like Mary’s infamous annual Fag Bash (top photo) and Eden’s White Party for women (second photo), there’s enough variety for everyone to pick their poison. Not enough? There are still other ways to get Pride-ful in Atlanta and OTP this weekend.

Here’s the list of rainbow nightlife. Click on the name of each event for more details.
