Meet gay Houston’s NextGen business network

The next generation of Houston LGBT business networking is in full swing, and several local professionals took the latest opportunity to join them at Tuesday’s Lambda NextGen Happy Hour.

April’s iteration of the monthly cocktail mixer for professionals aged 22 to 35 went down with munchies and hobnobbing in the quirky luxury of Kuhl-Linscomb. The retailer also offered attendees a discount on merchandise while they were there.

Guests traded a door fee for the fun and privilege of like-minded lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and allied business pros. Funds raised go to Lambda NextGen Houston’s startup operating budget.

Upcoming NextGen events include the April 30 Professional Development Dinner at Tila’s, and Lambda Ladies Steak Night at Pearl Bar on May 12.
