Lambda NextGen gets happy for the holidays

Young gay Houston professionals toasted the holidays in fine cocktail fashion on Tuesday during Lambda NextGen's monthly happy hour.

The event from the social networking organization unfolded at the Nightingale Room as the group closed out its second year of mixing business, pleasure and drinks. The group, which typically hosts monthly happy hours on the last Tuesday of the month, launched in January 2013.

During Tuesday's event, the group collected donations for Lazarus House, which assists people living with chronic illness.
