VIEW PHOTOS | Atlanta Pride Kickoff Afterparty @ Jungle
For hundreds of people, the official Pride Kickoff on Oct. 8 just wasn’t enough without an afterparty. Jungle was more than happy to oblige, plying revelers with cocktails and dancing into the wee hours.
Too much just wasn’t enough for a portion of the 4,000-strong Kickoff Party at the Georgia Aquarium (view photos)—and several late-night stragglers who caught up with them—who made their way to Jungle for the official Pride Kickoff Afterparty.
From the looks of our photo gallery from the event, a little mayhem was just what the doctor ordered to make sure the weekend started with a bang.
Maybe too much fun. Note that few of these faces showed up at the park to have their shots snapped for our Saturday afternoon photo gallery. Maybe sleeping was in order so that Saturday night’s long list of parties could be tended to.
Whatever the activities after Jungle, it seems clear that any Saturday lag was well worth the Friday night effort.
