The latest rendition of the Backstreet Reunion party series at Jungle welcomed back the gays gone by of the legendary club, its mainstay DJs and shows, and the return of Lily White.

Even if you don’t remember the glory days of Backstreet, Jungle gave us another taste of gay Atlanta’s dance floor glory days on Saturday. Partying like it was, literally, 1999 were DJs Rob Reum and Bill Berdeaux as well as the queens of Charlie Brown’s Cabaret. The evening included the first performance by Lily White since back-to-back tragedies befell her and the community rallied to her aide.
