Before enough hot guys in swimsuits gather to fill your head for the entire next year, the organizers of gay Atlanta’s biggest charity pool party thanked their patrons and sponsors with a lawn party.
Cute hats, bowties and pastels found the gays serving garden party realness at Margaret Mitchell House during the Joining Hearts event on Sunday. DJ Kevin DuRard kept them moving, Bubba D. Licous kept them laughing, and traditional lawn games kept them playing. All the while, an AIDS Quilt display and heartfelt stories from beneficiary AID Atlanta reminded them how much good will come from all that partying they do this weekend.
Now that everyone’s thanked and the year’s pre-party heartbreaking, season changing and art buying are done, the only thing left before Joining Hearts 27 on Saturday is a desperate social media push for a rare stray ticket to the sold-out main event. After you check out the patrons who make it happen below, check out the half-naked hunks to come.
