Joining Hearts kicked off its fundraising season on Saturday, hosting the Valentine's Day favorite Love on the Rocks with plenty of treats, music and fun for the popular annual event.
DJ Mike Pope provided the music and Miss Joining Hearts Maya Ross Monroe hosted the evening at upscale furniture shop Cantoni in Midtown.
Love on the Rocks is a sign that the build up is underway to the summer's biggest gay charity pool party, set for July 16 in Piedmont Park. The non-profit has donated more than $2.1 million to HIV charities since its inception. On Thursday, Joining Hearts will announce its beneficiaries for 2016 during Heart2Heart: A Community Discussion About HIV/AIDS in Atlanta.
