The jocks of the Hotlanta Softball League took to the stage on Saturday for the annual Mr. HSL contest, this year held for the first time at Lips.

When the scores were tallied and the tips collected, drag king Owen McCord took the title, snatching that crown from last year's winner Oscar Baker. He followed 2016 winner Kevin Hill, who came after Mendy Stark, who won in 2015. She took the crown from 2014 winner Jeffrey Mayhue. He replaced 2013 winner Ron Stan Leathers, who in turn followed Nathane Davis (top photo), who won in 2012. He followed leather-clad hottie Tony Alvarez in 2011 and Brandon Massello, who took top honors in 2010.

The event title – Mr. HSL: Trampa, Spring Break – was a play on the site of the Gay Softball World Series, where several Hotlanta Softball teams will compete in early September. It's being held in Tampa.
