Give OUT Day focuses your love for gay Atlanta

Add this share

Some of Atlanta's favorite LGBT nonprofits are part of a national push to get your gay dollars on Thursday. The one-day-only Give OUT campaign sets out to keep those dollars in the community helping LGBT folks in need.

Give OUT Day offers a one-stop-shop online portal for gay giving that lets you select LGBT charities across the country to receive your donations. It was a half-million-dollar success last year, and organizers make their pitch in the video above to keep the gay love going.

And hey! As long as you’re keeping your gay dollars pink, why not keep them at work right here at home, too? Some of Atlanta’s favorite gay charities want you.

Here are the local LGBT organizations that we found among the thousands of eligible groups taking part. You can give through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday. If your Atlanta or North Georgia LGBT group is participating and not on this list, let us know and we'll add it.
