Tyler Clementi’s parents want roommate prosecuted for privacy invasion. The gay Rutgers freshman committed suicide after his roommate used a webcam to secretly tape Clementi’s cybersex. Clementi’s parents called for charges of privacy invasion rather than simple punishment by the school.

The Birmingham facility opened by Natalie Drew and partner Ashling Phillip (second photo, l-r, with their children) exclusively serves same-sex couples seeking to be parents, which is causing a roil among critics who say the policy is discrimination.
