Gay Atlanta camps it up for Halloween charity bash

Gay Atlanta jump started its Halloween celebration on Saturday as hundreds of people camped it up for the annual craziness that is the Jerusalem House Halloween costumed fundraiser.

Dubbed “A Night on Broadway,” the big party with open bar at the W Atlanta – Midtown included Mormon boys, dragged out Trump supporters, Secret Service agents in kinky boots, shirtless cowboys, lumberjacks and most every superhero that you could imagine. Party-goers pull out all the stops year after year after year. It's a fun, sexy tradition.

A host of judges – WSB's Wendy Corona, Richard Eldredge of Eldredge ATL, Fashionado Vincent Martinez, Alton Lane's Calvin Fields  and Nyssa from the Green Room Agency – helped pick winners for the costume contest, which included $3,000 in prizes.

The event raises funds for Jerusalem House, which provides housing and support services for low income people with HIV.
