The only people who care more than you do that Wednesday is your day off are Atlanta’s gay bars. Never letting you down the night before a holigay, Heretic, Cockpit and Mary’s make sure you’re a firework on Tuesday.
Most of your favorite bars are open and doing their thing with a little red, white and blue flair on Tuesday, but just check in first for Wednesday to be sure your favorite spot is open. A few of the bars are giving employees the holiday off, but most are cocktailing while others are even cooking out for your Fourth of July pleasure.
Here are our favorite special events for the mid-week holigay.
