After knockout rounds that lasted all year, the monthly winners of the New Faces contest threw down their best numbers in a pageant for the title. Our photographer was there.

When all was said and done, Szn Alxndr got the crown and was named Mx. New Face 2022. The other contestants were Miss Poo Poo, Tangerine Summers, Tre Love, Prwncezz Malaysia Kay, Kyla G’Diva Rogue, Kristi Kreme, Eden Turnbull, Belladonna Paris, KeiOree Black and Yuri-ya D. Van Michaels.

House matron Charmaine Sinclair Dupree emceed the show, and the one and only Shawnna Brooks played special guest. Her next big event is the Toys for Tots toy drive on Dec. 19. That show honors the legacy of “Mama” Regina Simms, who died in 2020.
