The jocks of the National Flag Football League of Atlanta continue their roll into the playoffs, wrapping up the early rounds after the holiday and topping it off with, what else, a margarita bash.
It is, after all, a gay athletic league.
The flag footballers opened the playoff schedule on May 21 as the league’s eight teams played at Candler Park. Round two of the playoffs is set for June 4, with the morning of games being topped off with an evening of cocktails at the NFFLA Margarita Bust II.
On June 11, the league closes out its season with its championship games.
The league opened its season with a weekend of on-the-field clinics (view photos) and then a slate of exhibition games (view photos) before opening day on March 19. Games continued on April 2 (view photos) and into May, including May 7 (photos this page and in gallery link at the top of this post).
