Weekdays can be too busy to stay up on all of Atlanta’s LGBT news, entertainment and water cooler buzz. We got you covered with our five most popular posts that got readers talking this week.

Chick-fil-A hates you ‘arrogant’ gay activists

It’s no surprise to the gays that Chick-fil-A doesn’t support same-sex marriage or gays, for that matter. But now the chicken chain’s president is coming out of the closet about his bigotry to proudly embrace the company’s anti-gay antics and call LGBT activists “arrogant.” Read the full post. Now even Kim Zolciak is disgusted by Chick-fil-A.

Murs to Atlanta’s Lil Scrappy: I kissed a boy

Los Angeles rapper Murs has a message for Atlanta Hip-Hop artist Lil Scrappy’s toxic ignorance: I kissed a guy and I think I liked it. And he put his gay smooch in the music video for “Animal Style” to combat Hip-Hip homophobia. Watch the video and read his remarks. You know it’s bad when even 50 Cent is better than Lil Scrappy on gays.

Ben Cohen tops Pride honorary grand marshals

Atlanta Pride added to its existing list of eight local parade grand marshals with Honorary Grand Marshal nods to rugby stud Ben Cohen and Harvey Milk Foundation’s Stuart Milk, the gay rights icon’s nephew. Gay Atlanta knows and loves Cohen. Very well. Milk not so much. Read all about them.
