‘Fantasy Girls’ storms the Jungle stage [photos]

The Jungle stage on Wednesday had the feel of a “RuPaul’s Drag Race” reunion. Phoenix. Nicole Paige Brooks. Morgan McMichaels. All that and more for the premiere of “Fantasy Girls.”

The new monthly event – held each fourth Wednesday of the month – is actually a rebirthed take on a show Phoenix headlined a few years back. But now there’s table seating and fresh drag talent. She still hosts, Brooks emcees and the rest of the lineup performs around a special guest.

On Wednesday it was McMichaels (top photo), who competed against Brooks in “RuPaul’s” Season 2. (Phoenix was Season 3). On June 27, it’s Sharon Needles fresh from taking the crown of “RuPaul’s” Season 4.
