Eagle goes Deep South for its queer dance party

The Eagle went deep – Deep South, that is – again on Saturday with a roster of powerful DJ talent for a decidedly queer take on a dance party.

The powerhouse lineup for the monthly dance party included gay Atlanta fave Vicki Powell, who limbered up the crowd for guests DJs Chelsea Starr and Carry Nation.

The night of dancing to underground house, techno, disco and acid continues on the fourth Saturday of each month. Last weekend, the Eagle continued its menu of diverse dance parties with its annual Britney Bash to celebrate pop diva Britney Spears.
