DJ Joe G blows out Heretic’s 24th birthday

When your anniversary takes place the week before Christmas, your celebration takes on a spirit all its own. When a sexy DJ spins too, Heretic just throws open the doors for raucous party perfection.

Heretic NOLA-cum-NYC DJ Joe Gauthreaux (top photo, second from left) hit the decks on Saturday for Heretic’s 24th anniversary party. He put the holiday toy drive to a beat while the burly boys and dancing queens got busy celebrating nearly a quarter-century of theme parties and fun at one of gay Atlanta’s most reliable party spots.

Like the perfect one-nighter, Gauthreaux did what he does best and was gracious and grateful for it afterwards.

Thank you Atlanta for an amazing night! See you next year! (: @mattiebobattie) #youaremyfamily
