You know it’s that time of year: A group of gay men strap on their best dresses, raise money for months and position themselves to be crowned queen of the Atlanta Cotillion Ball. The deb season stepped off last week.

The Cotillion kicked off its fundraising season last Wednesday with Cocktails @ Saks 2, an evening that raised $3,345. Funds raised through the Atlanta Cotillion season benefit AID Atlanta.

The event at Saks Fifth Avenue at Phipps Plaza included a preview of upcoming fashions at the upscale store, a raffle, chair massages and the tunes of local DJ Jay McCracken.

Cute guys handing out cocktails from Grey Goose Vodka helped warm up the crowd for the fashion, which was presented by Saks National Fashion Director Eric Jennings.
