A man arrested in at least two other metro Atlanta counties got busted in a third after posing as a cop, groping, searching and detaining a man and then sexually assaulting him, police say. All in a car he borrowed from his mother.

Andre Pearre Walker, 22, was arrested on July 15 after his latest victim recorded the tag number of the car and called police, who linked the car to Walker's mother. She told police she was in the hospital at the time of the attack and that her son had the car. Clayton County police issued an arrest warrant for Walker on July 8.

Walker allegedly told a man he was a sheriff’s deputy and needed to search him for drugs after picking him up on Tara Boulevard, Clayton County police told Channel 2 Action News. Walker then allegedly sexually assaulted the man in the backseat of the car, police said.

Walker faces charges of impersonating an officer, false imprisonment and aggravated sodomy. He remains in the Clayton County Jail without bond.

At the time of the alleged sexual assault in Clayton, Walker was out on bond from a 2011 arrest. In that case, Walker and Emmanuel Ababio were accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old male in Avondale Estates. Walker was arrested on Sept. 2, 2011 and charged with aggravated sodomy, solicitation of sodomy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

WSB reported that the case is similar to Walker's recent arrest in Clayton. But a spokesperson with the DeKalb County Police Department declined to provide a description of the alleged assault to Project Q Atlanta, other than pointing to an incident report. That report offers only a terse description: “The victim stated he was sexually assaulted.”

Walker was released on $20,000 bond after 12 days in jail.

Three months later, on Nov. 5, Walker was arrested in Fulton County and charged with aggravated assault on an officer, criminal damage, fleeing from an officer, hit and run, and reckless driving. He was released on $7,000 bond after a week in jail.

In June 2011, Walker was arrested in DeKalb and charged with theft by receiving stolen property, obstruction of officers, driving with a suspended license and a headlights violation. He was released on $500 bond after 10 days in jail. Walker was also arrested in 2010 and charged with giving false information to a police officer.

Jail records in Fulton and DeKalb identify him as Andre Pierre Walker. A variety of Walker's mugshots from his various arrests are below.
