The Scarlet Project, a web site about the University of Nebraska, has discovered that two top wrestlers from the school apparently bared all on a gay porn site. Now the red-faced school is investigating.
Paul Donahoe, who won the 2007 national championship at 125 pounds, and Kenny Jordan, posed as Nash and Cal on Fratmen.tv
And this from Mark Manning, the school’s head wrestling coach:
“We are aware of the matter and it is being reviewed internally. We will have no further comment until all of the facts of the situation are known.”
The owner of Fratmen, John Marsh, has reportedly talked with school officials and expressed concern over the NCAA eligibility of the wrestlers., though he wouldn’t confirm if the two athletes are, in fact, featured on his site. The pair could lose their NCAA eligibility if their images are used commercially.
John Marsh of Los Angeles said that he had spoken to Nebraska wrestling coach Mark Manning and Josh White, assistant athletic director in charge of compliance.
The pictures appear to show, separately, wrestlers Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan, but Marsh wouldn’t confirm their identity, citing his policy to protect models.
“We’re working with the school in terms of maintaining the guys’ eligibility in the NCAA,” Marsh said.
