Cobb man backs Chick-fil-A, ‘faggot’ marriage

Chick-fil-A’s diss of gay marriage and those “arrogant” LGBT activists also served as an invitation for the cranks to crawl out from under their rocks. Meet Cobb County man Jim Mize, who’s armed with a video camera, Twitter handle and plenty of opinions.

On Wednesday, Mize stopped by a Chick-fil-A in Austell to take a first-hand look (bottom video) at the Appreciation Day that packed stores across the country and set a single-day sales record for the Atlanta-based chain. He caught on video a story that played over and over at scores of Chick-fil-A outlets – a packed parking lot with customers flooding in to support the restaurant’s stand against gay marriage.

Hold on, though. Mize isn’t troubled by same-sex marriage. A day earlier he said as much in another video post (top video), explaining that what really pissed him off was this tweet from Roseanne Barr: “anyone who eats S*** Fil-A deserves to get the cancer that is sure to come from eating antibiotic filled tortured chickens 4Christ.”

“My view of gay marriage is short and to the point,” Mize says in the video. “If you have a problem with gay marriage, hey, don’t marry someone of the same sex. Problem solved right there.”

Well then. His reasoning is a little simplistic, but hey, we’ll take the support.

But wait. There’s more.

“Those two faggots getting married on the shore of that pond at Piedmont Park is not hurting you, or me or anyone else,” Mize adds not too long after making some mention of Hitler and things being rammed up his ass.

Thanks for the support, Jim, but “faggot” isn’t really a phrase same-sex marriage supporters should toss around.

Then his big close.

“I have my own problems to deal with without worrying about a couple of queers getting hitched,” Mize concludes.

In case you’re wondering, he’ll keep patronizing Chick-fil-A. And Target, too, which is kind of surprising given the gay greeting cards in their Atlanta stores.
