Chick-fil-A will swap your gay dignity for food

Chick-fil-A wants you to love the cow. Even the gay ones. Like love them enough to dress as one. After all, it's the Atlanta company's annual Cow Appreciation Day on Friday and if you dress the part, they'll give you free grub.

Today is the day when black and white spots, cow bells and furry ears will be appropriate attire at Chick-fil-A restaurants across the nation. In celebration of Cow Appreciation Day, Chick-fil-A will award a FREE Meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) to any customer who comes to one of our 1,700+ restaurants fully dressed as a cow.

Consider that although the company professes to be gay agnostic, their president, Dan Cathy, is most certainly not. He professes that he is, but then shames the U.S. Supreme Court for dumping DOMA. He jogs with the gays, but hates those arrogant gay activists. And there's all that money.

But free food and yummy waffle fries! What does “fully dressed as a cow” mean?

“Fully dressed like a cow” means effort to be dressed like a cow from head to toe. “Partial cow attire” means just a cow accessory, such as a cow-printed hat, vest or purse. People dressed in partial attire will be awarded an entrée vs. a full combo meal.

And it means giving up your gay dignity. Happy Cow Appreciation Day!
